I had a quick question about sizing and they got back to me fast. Nothing complicated, they just helped me figure it out and that was that. Really smooth experience overall...

I needed to swap a pair of gloves for a bigger size, the whole exchange process was more frustrating than it should’ve been. I’ll admit I probably should’ve double-checked the sizing better before ordering, but I put most of the blame on their confusing form and slow replies. I had to email twice before I actually got a clear answer from someone.
They did finally exchange the gloves, and the product itself is fine, but it took almost three weeks from start to finish. On top of that, I had to pay return shipping, which just made the whole thing feel even more annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not smooth...

To me, the design just comes across a bit dated. It feels kind of cluttered and old-fashioned, so it wasn’t really the look I personally prefer.

I wore these in some heavy rain, and while the outside of the gloves got completely soaked, my hands still stayed dry. That’s what you’d want from rain gloves, right?

Everything inside was packed snugly, with nothing rattling around or shifting in the box. The outside had a couple scuffs from shipping, but the actual items were completely fine.
